I let some old habits start up again.
I haven't been sleeping enough or drinking enough water.
This is a learning process. Healthy living does not happen overnight.
It's frightening how easily I forget this.
Breathe. Remember-- One day at a time. It will get easier.
I'm exactly where you are.. except I hadn't been to the gym in a month. But, I forgave myself and I'm moving on one day at a time! It's a lifestyle change, not a diet, there is no failure. Just keep going!
